We have had a very enjoyable week in an excellent cottage. We've appreciated all the modern and first class amenities and cleanliness of The Grey Goose.
It was good to meet Sue and Nigel and thank you for the 'treats'. We've walked in the hills, along the coastal path (and seen dolphins); sailed round the Farne Islands and marvelled at the birds and seals, visited Lindisfarne and Dunstanburgh Castles. The weather's been dry with lots of sun. Northumberland at its best! Thank you

The Grey Goose is a high quality holiday let and has played a large part in the enjoyment of our holiday.
Beach walks to the north and to the south interspersed with some sitting to enjoy the views and the wildlife. Yes! Despite leaving the binoculars at home we managed some bird watching and on our final day, from near the lighthouse we witnessed an appearance of dolphins - or were they Orcas? We're not sure. Thanks for the hospitality and the wine. Thanks to the friendly people and services of Bamburgh we've had a great holiday and one we hope to repeat sometime soon.

We have recently returned from one of our best ever holidays. The property is very comfortable, clean and so well located in the village in a peaceful but central area.
Nigel and Sue are the best hosts we have ever had (and we have had numerous holidays of this type) they could not have been more welcoming and friendly. In all we wish we could go back next week but unfortunately have to wait a little longer.The whole area of the Northumberland coastline is amazingly beautiful and given good weather (which we had) there is no better place to relax and enjoy the beaches, countryside and the lovely people. Also great area if you like fish. Thank you Nigel and Sue you certainly made our holiday special. Looking forward to our next stay.

Lovely week in Bamburgh and surrounding areas despite a bit of rainy weather! We loved staying at The Grey Goose; great location, quiet street, brilliant facilities and lovely owners.
Thank you for a relaxing break in this comfortable home. We'd love to come back again next year... The flowers, Prosecco and coffee were a lovely special touch.

What a superb hidden gem! We've been regular visitors to the Seahouses / Bamburgh area for several years now but The Grey Goose is by far the best accommodation that we have stayed in.
Nigel and Sue couldn't have been more welcoming and we were greeted with fresh cut flowers, a bottle of Prosecco and a perfect home from home.
Our boys enjoyed a week spent on various beaches collecting shells, playing in the sea and eating lots of ice cream! Highlights have included a trip to Alnwick Castle, a boat ride around the Farne Islands and crab sandwiches at the Ship Inn at Low Newton.
Thank you for opening your beautiful home for us to enjoy. We will definitely be back.

We have had a fantastic weekend in this wonderful property. The house is of a very high standard and very much to our taste.
The weather has been great giving us the opportunity to sit out and enjoy the beautiful garden as well as the surrounding area. If the sun is out Alnwick Garden is a great place to explore for children and adults alike. All the beaches in Northumberland are beautiful and worth a visit.
We would like to thank Nigel and Sue for the warm welcome and lovely home. We would definitely come back and recommend to others.

After a warm and informative welcome from Nigel we settled in to
the extremely well appointed home from home.
Our first day, when we did a long walk along the magical beach below the castle followed by a trip to the Farne Islands on 'Serenity', all in brilliant sunshine, was perfection. We also visited Craster and Dunstanburgh Castle and Low Newton, again all in brilliant sunshine.
We have all thoroughly enjoyed a superb break and hope to return.

We have had a brilliant stay in your lovely cottage, definitely home from home. Everything we needed was here and the beds are really comfortable so a good night’s sleep.
The weather has been perfect, much better than expected.
Bamburgh is a gorgeous place and The Grey Goose is perfectly situated. The Castle Inn (The Middle) has been worth visiting. Lovely meals, large portions and friendly staff. It was lovely to meet you both when we arrived. Thank you and hope to come back.

Yet another wonderful stay here in wonderful Bamburgh. Our second stay here in The Grey Goose was yet again, fabulous and so, so comfortable.
